We do not give refund on any synthetic hairs after products are shipped, all synthetic hairs purchased cancellation must be made before items are ship. All synthetic hair are final sale and nonrefundable after shipping. Other purchase rather than synthetic hairs, refund may take 3 to 7 business days after we received the returned items and depending on some bank, refund may take up to 14 business days to show up in your bank account.

Changes to any item you must contact costumer service before items are shipped, failure to do so, we will be unable to make changes and costumer may cancel order and reorder. Canceled item shipping fees nonrefundable and item must be returned within 10 business days after item is delivered.
